Feasibility study, financial model, E&S assessment, PPP structure — built to IFI bankable standards from day one.
04 · Funding
Capital stack assembled: IFI loans, EU grants, domestic budget, private equity — coordinated with every counterparty in parallel.
05 · Signed
Tender, negotiate, contract-sign. Handed to the private partner at financial close. Construction begins.
